1. The warranty covers the following:
A. Resurfacing materials will not peel and/or blister from the original surface, provided all installation procedures have been adhered to by
the dealer according to the manufacturers criteria. All dealers are trained and certified by U.C.R.S.
B. Surface will not dramatically discolor, fade or chalk due to sun and airborne pollutants.
C. The product will inhibit the growth of mildew on the surface.
2. Cracks and/or peeling or blistering due to cracks, Acts of God, defects in the original surface, heaving, hydrostatic pressure, vandalism,
abuse and/or neglect, are not covered.
3. This limited fifteen (15) year warranty is for defective product only. All surfaces must be pressure washed and resealed using Ultimate
Concrete Sealer and be applied by Ultimate Concrete dealer no more than once every 5 years. If said maintenance is not met, said warranty
becomes invalid.
